Kegel trainers come in all different shapes, sizes and weights to cater to your individual preferences. If you haven't used a kegel trainer before, we'd recommend using a weighted kegel ball exercise set and starting with the lightest weight and gradually working your way up in weight.

Additionally, if you are pregnant or recovering from childbirth, are recovering from a gynecological surgery, have an IUD inserted or use a menstrual cup you should chat with your doctor beforehand!
Kegel trainers can sit inside the vagina for a maximum for 4-6 hours. We recommend that you don't keep it in any longer as you may start to overexert your pelvic floor muscles.

No, kegel trainers are not designed to be inserted into the anus as they are more likely to get stuck. However, using a kegel trainer can make anal sex more pleasurable as the trainer pushes against the G-spot creating some pretty intense sensations throughout the body.
This likely means that the kegel trainer has not been inserted deep enough inside the vagina. Gently push it deeper into your vagina so that it's a snug fit.
