Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $135. Shipping for carts under this threshold will be calculated at checkout.
Good things come to those who wait, but luckily you won’t have to wait too long! All orders are dispatched from our distribution centre within 1-2 business days of product dispatch date, and should arrive within 1-3 business days of product dispatch date with Express Shipping. Please note: New Zealand may have different shipping timeframe.
During busy sale times, there may be some delays, but our team and shipping partners are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as we can! Trust us, it’s worth the wait!
Your good vibes will be delivered to the shipping address nominated by you at time of purchase. It’s your sole responsibility to ensure that the address provided is complete and accurate, so triple check it! All orders arrive discreetly; no labels, descriptions, or any other telltale signs for nosy neighbours.
VUSH is not responsible for in-transit delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. In the event that a product is lost in transit, VUSH will help as much as is reasonably necessary to trace a missing parcel.
Orders may end up being returned to us for various reasons including, non-payment of fees, duties or taxes, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, you'll need to email our Customer Service team via info@vushstimulation.com to arrange redelivery. Note you may need to pay for shipping again.
We’re all about the good vibes, however it’s very important to note that risk in the products purchased will pass to you once delivery has been made to your nominated address.
Lost in Transit Policy
Once your order leaves the doors of our warehouses, our third party delivery teams do everything possible to meet our expected shipping times, however occasionally packages can go on an adventure in the postal system. If your order has not arrived by the expected date, please reach out to info@vushstimulation.com and our customer service team will do everything reasonably possible to locate your package.
Packages can only be considered lost in transit after a specific period of time, please see below table for your region. These time frames are not in VUSH’s control, sorry babe. If a package is deemed lost in transit, VUSH can then organise your order to be resent.

Please note, we can only investigate lost orders for up to 6 months from the date of dispatch. Any orders after this time will no longer be in our delivery partner's system. If we don't hear from you within this time, our lost in transit policy is no longer valid.
