- Turn on Plump by holding down the power button for 3 seconds. Starting on the lowest vibration setting, trace the toy along the length of your vulva and clitoris and experiment with the amount of pressure you apply and different settings building up and combining the various patterns and intensities.
- For dual stimulation (and blended orgasms!) you can pair Plump and Shine together! While Plump caters to your external pleasure, you can begin to introduce Shine at the same time. We recommend starting with externally stimulating the clitoris with Plump to wake up the entire vulva area before using Shine internally.
- Gently insert Shine while it's off, and when you're ready, turn it on and try experimenting with the various patterns and intensities.
- Shine is specifically designed to hit and stimulate that sweet spot. This is typically located 3-5 cm up on the upper internal walls of the vagina and consistent and strong pressure is where all that magic happens. To stimulate the G-spot, position the Shine within the first third of the vagina
