For dual stimulation:
With Rabbit vibrators we recommend starting with externally stimulating the clitoris to wake up the entire vulva area before using it internally, so begin by using the insertable end on your Clitoris or any area of the vulva that feels good. Once your body is aroused, and you're feeling comfortable insert Glow into the vagina - for beginners it can be best to insert Glow whilst turned off and turn it back on when you've found the right spot.
The G-Spot is a sensitive erogenous zone located within the vagina against the wall (around 5-8cm from the entrance) closest to the stomach. It’s actually more of an area as opposed to a distinct spot, as it represents the back of the entire clitoral network. Unlike the clitoris, the G-Spot is not necessarily an anatomical structure— it only appears or becomes sensitive once the body is aroused and the clitoris becomes erect. This is why we recommend starting with external stimulation to wake up the clitoral network before diving in for the G-Spot.
Whilst using Glow to stimulate the vulva internally and externally, try using Swish on another erogenous zone like the nipples.

For Broad vulva stimulation:
- Turn on the Swish by holding down the power button for 3 seconds and trace the flexible arms of toy along the length of your vulva and clitoris. Start on the lowest setting and experiment with the amount of pressure you apply and different settings building up and combining the various patterns and intensities. Play with the flexibility of the arms and the dual motors to find the position that works best for you.
You can proceed to insert Glow whilst using Swish externally, widen the arms on swish to the outer labia and allow the small external arm of Glow to sitmulate the clitoris directly.
