Warranty & Refund Policy
Vush Customer Warranty - 6 Month From Initial Purchase
We provide a 6 month customer warranty from when you first purchased your product, after 6 months of your initial purchase we have no obligation to send you replacement items even if previous ones were sent.
If you consider that an item is defective and you are entitled to a replacement, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and describe your problem.
We will only replace items which are found to be faulty. If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a replacement of the same nature – please contact a customer service representative to begin this process. To qualify for our warranty assurance please complete the following down below.
Send a recording of The Empress not functioning/working properly.
- Take photos of the product so we can evaluate the condition.
- Email our customer experience team (email@example.com) with the above
- Your application will be processed within 3 days of submission
Please retain your product packaging for the duration on the warranty period, as returns can be processed much more efficiently when the original packaging is included!
If an item has been used, or the plastic seal of your Vush packaging has been opened we cannot provide a refund - all sales are final.
If you however have not opened your package and the plastic seal has not been opened, you can return your unopened package to our HQ and we will provide a refund. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions regarding our Refund Policy.
