You’ll receive a very cute email from us when you are able to redeem a coupon. Click through this email when you’re ready to shop + redeem! There will also be a prompt at checkout to make sure you never miss out on More Love Club perks.

Your tier + points expire after 12 months of inactivity. If this does happen, you’ll simply be moved down a base. If you’re on First base, you will not be affected. Not to stress! We will send you a cute reminder email before your points expire to ensure you reap all the More Love Club points you deserve!     

They do indeed! Your points will be added up based on the total amount you have spent at VUSH. Just make sure you are using the same email address you used on your orders so we can do all the business stuff!

Every time you spend at VUSH you earn points

First Base: $1 = 1 point 

Second Base: $1 = 1.5 points 

Third Base: $1 = 2 points

The more points you have the higher base you go! You can then redeem these points for fancy little coupons to use on your next order. 

100 points = $10

200 points = $20

300 points = $30

Unfortunately, if you return your item due to change of mind, your points from that item will be automatically be deducted from your account.
